Target

Target is a cross-media advertising campaign created for Steitz Secura, a manufacturer of safety and work shoes. The campaign repositions the brand with a bold tone that is unusual for the sector. Targeted posters are placed close to the gates of potential customers. A mailing sends a single shoe from the current collection to each recipient. The campaign covers online, social media, business to business, trade fair and point of sale communication.

Designers sketched and optimized the figure in a very short time as an action figure in the style of the well-known action heroes. Then they designed a small comic with a story and produced this figure in 3D printing with high-quality packaging.

Nanxiang Incity

Nanxiang Incity is a visual signage system created for a shopping mall in Shanghai. The design draws on the local culture of Nanxiang, an area known for cranes and temples, and turns the form of cranes flying in pairs into abstract signage images. Floor guides and merchant listings are placed at escalator entrances and exits and at points where visitor flows cross. White ink blocking printing is applied to the light sheets, so text and outlines stay clear. The hanging pieces use mirror pivot points that blend with the mall interior.

The same crest shape is applied to all alliance brands and is differentiated by designated colors. Logos, colors, typefaces and key visuals are used across touchpoints such as business cards, forms, icons and advertisements.

Save Calendar

Save Calendar is a series of illustrations created for a calendar on the theme of saving food. The illustrations show a farm field through the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter. Colors change with each season, so the four periods are easy to tell apart. A symmetrical composition in a Chinese style gives the images a modern look. Month and season information is placed at the top of each sheet. The drawings were made with computer software and printed at 800 by 800 millimeters. The series shows the hard work of farmers and reminds people to value food.
